My Websites

Here are the websites I am going to use. If anyone has already planned on using one of these let me know and I will find another one. There are two about cooking, and then I am going to use the Michigan Department of Education website for the GLCE's.

This one is an article about teaching cultures through cooking. I decided not to use it because I think we need a website, but just thought I would share it.

This is a website on project based learning. I know we have an entire textbook about that, but if someone needs another site it might work.

  1. I might change and not use http://www.kids-cooking-activities.com/. I'm not sure it's very reliable.

  3. Corey -
www.kids-cooking-activities.com was one of them I had looked at (before I saw your post).... why don't you think it's reliable? Just curious... That info might be something to help us all in looking at these websites. There was a page on it that was "Cooking Around The World" that I thought looked pretty good....

I know you guys are probably thinking "gardening?" but it has some interesting ideas on classroom projects related to food and culture.
